Referral Report displays the name of the candidate and its referral name and also shows the source of the application.
To access this report, select Report > Referral Report.
The Candidate Referral Report will be displayed as shown below:
To search for specific dates, set the date range by selecting the Start Date and End Date search filters.
Then click on the Search button.
Based on the set filters, the data will be displayed as shown below:
This report displays the following information:
- Candidate ID: The IDs of the candidates who got hired will be displayed.
- Candidate Name: The name of the candidates who got hired will be displayed.
- Candidate Clock Number: The clock number of the candidates who got hired will be displayed.
- Hired Date: The date of the day when the candidates who got hired will be displayed.
- Application Source: The source of the candidate’s applications will be displayed like Indeed, LinkedIn, Employee Referral, etc.
- Referred By: If the Application Source is Employee Referral, then this column will display the name of the Etech Employee who referred the candidate.
The authorized users can enter the keywords in the search textbox to search for any specific report.
The users can export this report in Excel and PDF format, by clicking on these buttons.
