WHEN WILL THE RECRUITERS BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PREHIRE ACTION TAB ON ATS?

When a candidate passes the Interview stage successfully, only then, the Prehire action tab will be displayed under Action column on the Candidate List page of ATS.

CAN THE RECRUITER EDIT THE INFORMATION ON THE INTERVIEW PAGE AT ANY POINT OF TIME?

Recruiter will be able to edit the information on the Interview page when the Status field is set as any option other than the Interview Passed and submitted.

CAN A RECRUITER CHECK THE INTERVIEW HISTORY OF ANY CANDIDATE?

If an interview has already been conducted by the candidate and the information has been submitted for it on ATS, then the Interview History will be displayed on the Interview page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD IF INTERVIEWER IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR A CANDIDATE’S INTERVIEW ROUND?

To record if an Interviewer is not available for a candidate’s Interview round, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Interview action tab.
  2. On Interview page, select the option Interviewer not available from the Status dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Interview Scheduled/Rescheduled on the Candidate List page.

CAN A RECRUITER RECORD MULTIPLE INTERVIEW ROUNDS INFORMATION FOR A CANDIDATE?

No. The recruiter can only record on the overall information of one Interview round. Recruiters can enter information of multiple interview rounds information in the Comments section.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RESCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW ROUND FOR A CANDIDATE?

To reschedule a interview round of a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Interview action tab.
  2. On Interview page, select the option Interview Scheduled/Rescheduled from the Status dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Interview Scheduled/Rescheduled on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS FOR A CANDIDATE WHO DIDN’T APPEAR FOR THE INTERVIEW?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Interview action tab.
  2. On Interview page, select the option Not Appeared for Interview from the Status dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Interview Scheduled/Rescheduled on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER PASS A CANDIDATE IN INTERVIEW ROUND ON ATS?

To pass a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Interview action tab.
  2. Under the Interviewed By, select and move the interviewers’ name from the right box to left box.
  3. On Interview page, select the option Interview Passed from the Status dropdown list.
  4. Provide Comments if required.
  5. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be displayed as Interview Passed on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER FAIL A CANDIDATE IN THE INTERVIEW ROUND ON ATS?

To fail a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Interview action tab.
  2. Under the Interviewed By, select and move the interviewers’ names from the right box to the left box.
  3. On the Interview page, select the option Interview Failed from the Status dropdown list.
  4. Provide Comments if required.
  5. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Interview Failed on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW PROCESS OF A CANDIDATE ON ATS?

To conduct an interview process of a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Interview action tab.
  2. On Interview page, set Interview Date.
  3. Under the Interviewed By, select and move the interviewers’ name from the right box to left box.
  4. Select required Status from the dropdown list.
  5. Provide Comments if required.
  6. Click Submit.
