CAN MULTIPLE RECRUITERS PRESCREEN ONE CANDIDATE?

Yes. Multiple recruiters can prescreen one candidate. Every attempt to submit the prescreen page creates a new prescreen record. When the user opens the prescreen page again, a new prescreen tab will be opened and the details from the last prescreen will be copied. The last submitted result will be displayed on the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List page.

CAN RECRUITERS SHORTLIST A CANDIDATE FOR THE PRESCREEN STAGE?

Yes, recruiters can. On the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form of the candidate, the recruiter can select the Prescreen Result as the “Shortlisted for Prescreen” option from the dropdown list.

HOW CAN RECRUITERS PRESCREEN A CANDIDATE ON ATS?

On the Candidate List page, recruiters can Prescreen a candidate whose application status is New. To Prescreen, click on the Prescreen tab displayed under the Actions column of the Candidate List.

On the Prescreen form, provide all the details of the candidate, and based on the performance, the recruiter can select the Prescreen Result from the list of different options – Email Sent, To Call Back, Prescreen Passed, etc.

WHAT DOES ‘PRESCREEN’ MEANS?

Prescreen means to screen the candidates ahead of time before a more comprehensive recruiting process.

WHAT IS THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE RECRUITER ON ATS?

Once the candidate’s application is received, the recruiters will be able to initiate the recruitment process with the Prescreen process.

From that stage, the recruitment process would flow subsequently. The recruiter would have the option to add details of the next stage after the previous one is completed.  That is,

  1. Stage 1: Prescreen
  2. Stage 2: Test
  3. Stage 3: Interview
  4. Stage 4: Prehire
  5. Stage 5: Move to AID
  6. Stage 6: Finalize the Training

HOW WILL RECRUITERS KNOW THAT A PARTICULAR APPLICATION FOR A JOB IS YET TO BE PROCESSED ON ATS?

On the Candidate List page, the candidate’s application received for a job vacancy that is not yet processed by any of the recruiters will have the Status as New.

CAN RECRUITERS DOWNLOAD ANY CANDIDATE’S RESUME FROM ATS?

Yes, recruiters can download any candidate’s resume from the Candidate List page. The list of candidates will be displayed on this page in a tabular grid, and the candidates who had attached their resumes along with the Application Form will be downloadable by clicking on the icon from the first column of the tabular grid.

HOW CAN RECRUITERS SEARCH FOR A SPECIFIC CANDIDATE ON ATS?

On the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List page, recruiters can search for a particular candidate with the help of their Name, Email ID as well as with their Phone number.

Enter the candidate’s Name, Email ID, and/or Phone number in the respective search filter text boxes and click on the Search button.

HOW WOULD A REFERRED CANDIDATE APPLY FOR A JOB?

While filling in any job application form from the EtechGS website or ATS application, a question viz., How did you hear about us? will be displayed, for which the candidate can choose “Etech Employee” as an option.

HOW WOULD A CANDIDATE APPLY FOR A JOB VACANCY?

Candidates can apply for a job in Etech in the following ways:

  1. By accessing the Career’s page of the EtechGS website: https://www.etechgs.com/careers/ and filling in the Quick Application Form for a particular vacancy.
  2. Recruiters can share the URL of the Quick Application Form of a particular job posted on the Career’s page of the EtechGS website.
  3. Recruiters can share the Application Form for a job posted on the ATS’s Vacancy List: https://etechcareers.com/vacancy/vacancylist.

All the applications received from the candidates will be posted on the ATS > Recruiter Actions > Candidate List page.
