WHEN WILL THE STATUS OF A CANDIDATE TURN TO PRESCREEN REJECTED ON ATS?

When selecting the Prescreen Result on Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form as the following:

  1. Duplicate Application
  2. Prescreen Failed
  3. New Application Required
  4. Lacking Documentation
  5. NER – Not Eligible for Rehire
  6. Basic Call Rejection

HOW TO REJECT A CANDIDATE FOR THE PRESCREEN STAGE?

To prescreen reject a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Prescreen action tab.
  2. On Prescreen page, select the option Prescreen Failed from the Prescreen Result dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Prescreen Rejected on the Candidate List page.

CAN RECRUITERS REJECT A CANDIDATE ON THE FIRST CALL BASIS?

Yes, recruiters can. On the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form, the recruiter should select Prescreen Result as “Basic Call Rejection”.

WHEN WILL THE STATUS OF A CANDIDATE TURN TO PRESCREEN ON HOLD ON ATS?

When the recruiters select the Prescreen Result on Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form as Prescreen on hold.

WHEN WILL THE STATUS OF A CANDIDATE TURN TO PRESCREEN IN PROGRESS ON ATS?

When selecting the Prescreen Result on Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form as the following:

  • Attempted – No Answer
  • Attempted – Invalid/Wrong Number
  • To call back
  • Email Sent
  • Shortlisted for Prescreen

CAN RECRUITERS CHANGE THE RESULT OF THE PRESCREEN STAGE OF A CANDIDATE?

Yes. The recruiters can change the result of the Prescreen stage of a candidate until the candidate’s application is moved to AID.

HOW TO TRANSFER ANY CANDIDATE FROM ONE JOB VACANCY TO ANOTHER?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Select Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen.
  2. On Prescreen page, click on Transfer to another Vacancy
  3. Transfer to another Vacancy window will be displayed from where a new active vacancy can be selected from the Vacancy dropdown list.
  4. Click Save.

On the Candidate List page, change in vacancy will reset the application status to New and Action buttons will be displayed accordingly.

IF A CANDIDATE APPLIED FOR POSITION A BUT THE CANDIDATE IS MUCH SUITED AND QUALIFIED FOR POSITION B, THEN WHAT CAN BE DONE?

In such scenarios, recruiters can discuss with the candidate being suitable for the job role for which he/she has not applied for. If the candidate agrees to move forward with the suggested job role, then the recruiters on the Prescreen page can transfer the candidate from old job role to new job role.

Then, a new application will be generated on behalf of that same candidate on ATS.

HOW TO UPDATE/EDIT THE CANDIDATE’S INFORMATION ON PRESCREEN PAGE ONCE SUBMITTED?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Select Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen.
  2. On Prescreen (Last PreScreen Data Already Binded) page, click on Update Candidate Fields
  3. All the information like – Prescreen Result, Candidate’s Contact Information, Other Information about Candidate – will be editable on the Prescreen form.
  4. Once updated, click on Update.

On the Candidate List page, the status will be displayed based on the Prescreen Result selected from the Prescreen page

CAN CANDIDATE’S INFORMATION BE EDITED ON THE PRESCREEN PAGE ONCE HE/SHE HAS PASSED THE PRESCREEN STAGE?

Yes. Until the candidate’s data is moved to AID, which is an employee database of Etech for US centers, all the details displayed under the sections on the Prescreen Page like – Prescreen Result, Candidate’s Contact Information, Other Information about Candidate – will be editable on the Prescreen form.
