WHEN WILL THE STATUS OF A NEW CANDIDATE OR THE CANDIDATE WHOSE PRESCREEN PROCESS IS IN PROGRESS TURN TO APPLICATION CLOSED ON ATS?

By selecting the Prescreen Result on Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form as the following:

  1. Applicant not interested
  2. Hiring – on hold
  3. Close
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate’s application will turn to Application Closed.

CAN THE RECRUITER EDIT THE INFORMATION ON THE PREHIRE PAGE AT ANY POINT OF TIME?

The recruiter will not be able to edit the job profile details, General Information, and Offer Details on the Pre-Hire page when the Offer Status field under Offer Details is set as Offer Accepted and the form is submitted.

When the Drug Test, Background Verification, and Paper Verification outcomes/statuses are marked as passed or cleared and the form is submitted, the recruiter will not be able to edit any information on the Prehire page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES FOR WHOM THE PAPER VERIFICATION IS COMPLETED?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Accepted.
  3. Under the Document Verification Details select the Paper Verification Completed? Checkbox and provide other information.
  4. Provide Comments if required.
  5. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

But if the Drug Test Performed? and Background Verification Initiated?  is also marked as passed or cleared then, the status of the candidate will be marked as Hire Pending on the Candidate List page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES FOR WHOM THE BACKGROUND VERIFICATION IS IN PROGRESS?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Accepted.
  3. Under the Document Verification Details select the Background Verification Initiated? Checkbox and provide other information.
  4. Provide Comments if required.
  5. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

But if the Drug Test Performed? and Paper Verification Completed?  is also marked as passed or cleared then, the status of the candidate will be marked as Hire Pending on the Candidate List page.

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Accepted.
  3. Under the Document Verification Details select the Drug Test Performed? Checkbox and provide other information.
  4. Provide Comments if required.
  5. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

But if the Background Verification Initiated? and Paper Verification Completed? checkbox is also selected, then the status of the candidate will be marked as Hire Pending on the Candidate List page.

WHEN WILL THE RECRUITERS BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND VERIFICATION AND PAPER VERIFICATION DETAILS ON ATS?

When a candidate accepts the job offered and the recruiter selects the Offer Status as Offer Accepted, then, select the checkboxes – Paper Verification Completed?, Drug Test Performed?, and Background Verification Initiated? – from the Prehire page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN JOINING THE ORGANIZATION?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Applicant is not willing to join.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Application Closed on the Candidate List page of ATS.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS IF A CANDIDATE REJECTS THE JOB OFFERED?

To record the job offer rejected details on ATS, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Rejected.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Offer Rejected on the Candidate List page of ATS.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS IF A CANDIDATE ACCEPTS THE JOB OFFERED?

To record the job offer accepted details on ATS, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Accepted.
  3. Provide all the Document Verification Details.
  4. Provide Comments if required.
  5. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Pre-hire in Progress on the Candidate List page of ATS.

HOW TO RECORD THE JOB OFFERED DETAILS ON ATS?

To record the job offered details on ATS, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. On the Pre-Hire page, fill in all or necessary information about the job.
  3. Under the Offer Details section, provide job offer details.
  4. Select the Offer Status as Offered.
  5. Provide all the Document Verification Details.
  6. Provide Comments if required.
  7. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Offered.
