HOW CAN A RECRUITER FAIL A CANDIDATE IN THE INTERVIEW ROUND ON ATS?

To fail a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Interview action tab.
  2. Under the Interviewed By, select and move the interviewers’ names from the right box to the left box.
  3. Under Other Final Interviewer’s Name, provide additional Interviewer’s Name.
  4. On the Interview page, select the option Interview Failed from the Status dropdown list.
  5. Provide Communication Rating and Overall Rating.
  6. Provide Comments if required.
  7. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Interview Failed on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW PROCESS OF A CANDIDATE ON ATS?

To conduct an interview process of a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Interview action tab.
  2. On the Interview page, set the Interview Date.
  3. Under the Interviewed By, select and move the interviewers’ names from the right box to the left box.
  4. Under Other Final Interviewer’s Name, provide additional Interviewer’s Name.
  5. Select the required Status from the dropdown list.
  6. Provide Communication Rating and Overall Rating.
  7. Provide Comments if required.
  8. Click Submit.

WHEN WILL THE RECRUITERS BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE INTERVIEW ACTION TAB ON ATS?

When a candidate passes the Test stage successfully, only then, the Interview action tab will be displayed under the Action column on the Candidate List page of ATS.

CAN THE RECRUITER EDIT THE INFORMATION ON THE TEST PAGE AT ANY POINT OF TIME?

The recruiter will be able to edit the information on the Test page when the Mark Candidate as field is set as any option other than the Overall Test Passed and submitted.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD MULTIPLE TECHNICAL SCORE DETAIL INFORMATION FOR A CANDIDATE?

To add multiple technical score details of a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Test action tab.
  2. On Add Test page, select the Scheduled Test Date and required option from the Mark Candidate as dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Under the Technical Score Detail section provide – Technical Skill and Score.
  5. Click on Add New Item button and the second set of textboxes – Technical Skill and Score will be displayed. Similarly, add as many technical skills as needed.
  6. Click Submit.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD MULTIPLE TEST ROUNDS INFORMATION FOR A CANDIDATE?

To add multiple test rounds of a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Test action tab.
  2. On Add Test page, select the required option from the Mark Candidate as dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Under Test Round section provide – Round Name and Interviewer’s Name.
  5. Click on Add New Item button and the second set of textboxes – Round Name and Interviewer’s Name will be displayed. Similarly, add as many rounds as needed.
  6. Click Submit.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RESCHEDULE A TEST ROUND FOR A CANDIDATE?

To reschedule a test round for a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Test action tab.
  2. On Add Test page, select the option Test Scheduled/Rescheduled from the Mark Candidate as dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Test Scheduled/Rescheduled on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS FOR A CANDIDATE WHO DIDN’T APPEAR THE TEST ROUND?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Test action tab.
  2. On Add Test page, select the option Not Appeared for Test from the Mark Candidate as dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Test Scheduled/Rescheduled on the Candidate List page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER PASS A CANDIDATE IN TEST ROUND ON ATS?

To pass a candidate, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Test action tab.
  2. On Add Test page, select the option Overall Test Pass from the Mark Candidate as dropdown list.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Test Passed on the Candidate List page.
