CAN MULTIPLE RECRUITERS PRESCREEN ONE CANDIDATE?

Yes. Multiple recruiters can prescreen one candidate. Each recruiter will have a separate Prescreen form to provide their specific outcomes for that candidate. The last submitted result will be displayed on the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List page.

CAN RECRUITERS ADD REFERRAL DETAILS FOR A CANDIDATE WHO GOT REFERRED BY THE ETECH EMPLOYEE?

Yes, recruiters can. On the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form of the candidate, under Other Information about Candidate section, Referred By field will allow the recruiters to select the Etech Employee from drop down list of employees. If the expected employee is not found in the list, then one can also enter the name of the employee in the text box provided.

CAN RECRUITERS SHORTLIST A CANDIDATE FOR THE PRESCREEN STAGE?

Yes, recruiters can. On the Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form of the candidate, recruiter can select the Prescreen Result as “Shortlisted for Prescreen” option from the dropdown list.

HOW CAN RECRUITERS PRESCREEN A CANDIDATE ON ATS?

On the Candidate List page, recruiters can Prescreen a candidate whose application status is New. To Prescreen, click on the Prescreen tab displayed under the Actions column of Candidate List.

On the Prescreen form, provide all the details of the candidate, and based on the performance, the recruiter can select the Prescreen Result from the list of different options – Email Sent, To Call Back, Prescreen Passed, etc.

WHAT DOES ‘PRESCREEN’ MEAN?

Prescreen means to screen the candidates ahead of time before a more comprehensive recruiting process.

WHAT IS THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE RECRUITER ON ATS?

Once the candidate’s application is received, the recruiters will be able to initiate the recruitment process with the Prescreen process.

From that stage, the recruitment process would flow subsequently. The recruiter would have the option to add details of the next stage after the previous one is completed.  That is,

  1. Stage 1: Prescreen
  2. Stage 2: Test
  3. Stage 3: Interview
  4. Stage 4: Prehire
  5. Stage 5: New Hire – Move to ERRIS

WHEN WILL THE STATUS OF A CANDIDATE TURN TO PRESCREEN IN PROGRESS ON ATS?

When selecting the Prescreen Result on Recruiter Actions > Candidate List > Prescreen form as the following: 

  • Attempted – No Answer 
  • Attempted – Invalid/Wrong Number 
  • To call back 
  • Email Sent 
  • Shortlisted for Prescreen

CAN CANDIDATE’S INFORMATION BE EDITED ON THE PRESCREEN PAGE ONCE HE/SHE HAS PASSED THE PRESCREEN STAGE?

Yes. Until the candidate’s data is moved to ERRIS, which is an employee database of Etech for India centers, the candidate’s information can be editable on the Prescreen form.
