HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES WHO PASSED THE BACKGROUND VERIFICATION?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Background Verification Details section,
    1. Select the Is background verification scheduled?
    2. Select the Background Verification outcome as Background verification cleared.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

But if the Drug Test Outcome and Paper Verification status is also marked as passed or cleared then, the status of the candidate will be marked as Hire Pending on the Candidate List page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES WHOSE BACKGROUND VERIFICATION IS IN-PROGRESS?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Background Verification Details section,
    1. Select the Is background verification scheduled?
    2. Select the Background Verification outcome as Background verification in progress.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES WHO DIDN’T APPEAR FOR THE DRUG TEST?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Drug Test Details section,
    1. Schedule drug test.
    2. Provide other details.
    3. Select the Drug Test Outcome as Applicant not appear/not interested.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Application Closed on the Candidate List page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES WHO FAILED THE DRUG TEST?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Drug Test Details section,
    1. Schedule drug test.
    2. Provide other details.
    3. Select the Drug Test Outcome as Drug Test Failed.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Application Closed on the Candidate List page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES WHO PASSED THE DRUG TEST?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Drug Test Details section,
    1. Schedule drug test.
    2. Provide other details.
    3. Select the Drug Test Outcome as Drug Test Passed.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

But if the Background Verification Outcome and Paper Verification status are also marked as passed or cleared then, the status of the candidate will be marked as Hire Pending on the Candidate List page.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS FOR CANDIDATES FOR WHOM THE DRUG TEST IS SCHEDULED?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Drug Test Details section,
    1. Schedule drug test.
    2. Provide other details.
    3. Select the Drug Test Outcome as Drug Test Scheduled.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of the candidate will be marked as Pre-hire in progress on the Candidate List page.

WHEN WILL THE RECRUITERS BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND VERIFICATION AND PAPER VERIFICATION DETAILS ON ATS?

When a candidate accepts the job offered and the recruiter selects the Offer Status as Offer Accepted, only then, the Drug Test, Background Verification and Paper Verification Details section will be displayed on the Prehire page.

HOW CAN A RECRUITER RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN JOINING THE ORGANIZATION?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Applicant is not willing to join.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Application Closed on the Candidate List page of ATS.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS IF A CANDIDATE REJECTS THE JOB OFFERED?

To record the job offer rejected details on ATS, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Rejected.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Offer Rejected on the Candidate List page of ATS.

HOW TO RECORD THE DETAILS ON ATS IF A CANDIDATE ACCEPTS THE JOB OFFERED?

To record the job offer accepted details on ATS, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the Prehire action tab.
  2. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status as Offer Accepted.
  3. Provide Comments if required.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Offer Accepted on the Candidate List page of ATS.

Then again,

  1. Open the same Prehire action tab.
  2. Three additional sections – Drug Test Details, Background Verification Details and Paper Verification Details – will be displayed.
  3. Provide details for each section and mark their respective outcome status as passed – Drug Test Outcome, Background Verification Outcome, and Paper Verification Status.
  4. Click Submit.

The status of that candidate will be displayed as Hire Pending on the Candidate List page of ATS.
